1. Exchange and return policy
Products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. Issues caused by misuse or improper storage are not eligible.
If you discover a defect upon first use, you must contact the store within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Opened products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
Problems such as dried lenses due to lack of solution or failure to follow care instructions are not covered.
Once a lens package is opened, or if an incorrect power was selected by the customer, it cannot be returned for any reason.
2. Shipping and delivery policy
Orders within the United Arab Emirates are prepared within 4–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.
Products are packaged with care. The store is not responsible for damage occurring during transit after the shipment leaves the warehouse.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, you may contact support to track the shipment.
If you do not answer the delivery representative after confirmation, delivery charges may apply to you.
The delivery company may take legal action in accordance with its policies and the site’s terms.
3. Product care
You must follow all instructions supplied with the product for correct use.
Cosmetic lenses require special care and must be stored in appropriate solutions to avoid drying or damage.
Damage from failing to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Although products are of high quality, the store is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as individual experiences vary.
You are responsible for ensuring the product suits your needs before purchase. The store is not liable for choices made incorrectly by the customer.
